Space: Through currencies flow goods and services, factoring out debts and promises.  But these exchanges also constitute space . . .

Exchange: Beyond analogies, what do we know about currency and exchange?  How many types of exchange are embedded in just one exchange . . . what other spaces are opened or closed as a result?

Currency:   Over the recent years important artists’ projects and innovative financial services have introduced creative instruments of exchange while simultaneously experimenting with social relationships and new formats for research in economics and politics.  How do we approach global economic questions with more precise analytical research?

Asymmetry: What are the forces by which money in the form of currency is constrained . . . what relationships does currency preserve, what relationships are hidden, what relationships are mobilized?  What is the relation between currency and distribution?
